speaking as a student - the actual opinion of the ETHS student body is that rebel human is of at best questionable value and is probably a waste of time. I know the study says that students overwhelmingly agree it helps, but that's just because it's high schoolers trying to finish a survey easily. When you actually talk to them, the consensus is that it's stupid.

not every day - it varies by teacher. sometimes for Monday assignments (when our class periods are shorter) they will give us an assignment to watch a video and answer a few questions. Sometimes during the rest of the week we will have 5-10 minute meditation periods at the end of class.
