I've seen this person comment on multiple posts. Please, Anonymous, post these "parents arrest emails" somewhere. You can use pdfhost.io and remain anonymous.

Khelghati forwarded the following emails: (this is one example of what they thought should be sent to police apparently)

"Superintendent Horton, I find it highly disturbing that your school district has chosen to utilize students race in determining eligibility for educational opportunities. Please reconsider your policy"

part of evidence said go tax northwestern after board sent email calling Evanston horrible and needing money from senior living developments

I see now. Are you are case #21009254 and #22003545? Are you the person with the expired FOID card that is likely the source of Horton's claims above?

clearly you are anti 1st and 2nd amendment by how you moderate the comment section. Someone can have a foid card like when they turn 18 and get a voter card and still have never touched, fired, even seen, or bought a gun in their life. There is zero link between " someone showed up at my house with a gun threatening me" and citing that as a reason for security, and blurring it with and someone sent some emails who has a expired foid card so 6 months into that security that was to blame. Unless hes just lying and trying to justify it by any means necessary. your investigative stuff is great, but I find the way you try and discredit those trying to help your mission very disheartening and unwelcoming

You didn't answer my question. Are you are case #21009254 and #22003545? Are you the person with the expired FOID card that is likely the source of Horton's claims above?

The first amendment gives you no right to free speech on a private platform (this substack). You're always welcome to start your own substack.

-The timeline matters according to the content in this article about 24/7 armed security detail. Yet we aren't allowed to talk about guns in local schools those comments get censored.

You posted youtube letters from mid 2020 in this article as a reason for his security. Those videos are from AltX a private business which offered consultation sessions during the school year every Saturday - if he needed security due to those letters would he be profitting off them in a side businesses? His security was june 2021-july 2022 according to e.n. nearly a year and a half later - that is why I am saying its misleading the video to link it to security.

The police reports you mention are from nov 2021 - 6 months after security started, so its also misleading for you to say they must be what he is referring too. They are all separate incidents literally unrelated to his security that he states on video in this article only began due to a threatening parent with gun at his house ( which there appears to be zero proof of.)

Horton also claims in the video that the media covered this gun threat parent incident up (insinuating that he went to the media for them to cover it and they refused ). which is another big claim (and lie?). This coming from someone who said parents that want school to be open are KKK members

https://evanstonroundtable.com/2021/01/20/district-65-superintendent-devon-horton-says-sentence-in-roundtable-article-mischaracterized-email-exchange-with-parents/

In yet another separate incident foiagras was notified that the district lawyer claimed to another lawyer that a parent showed up at his house in Oct 2022, however then the district lawyer (and evanstons victim advocate) stopped showing up to court in nov 22 (perhaps because they knew that claim was a lie?), and this was well after the security detail ended in july 2022. How many times have the board and superintndent screamed about the kkk and break-ins and threats etc, and what the most that happened so far is something wicked is coming for you and calling someone a pile of trash after 256 consecutive school days remote

I understand it was a challenging time as he/they like to say and use it as an excuse but truth and transparency matters which is why the timeline is important

As a pure hunch this is why was trying to suggest maybe foia his business partners addresses for police pure reports from the no bid article bc wonder if thereтАЩs a police report with a gun from something unrelated to education that he then used the school money to get his own security detail for. (again this is just a hunch).

Remember that parental involvement policy 8:110 requires a superintendent to engage in two way communication with parents as one of many duties, when he said the stuff that he did and made the decisions that he did like keeping schools closed for long in the name of racism instead of running and hiding behind a security he could have been had as many town meetings as they did for the 5th ward school, even if on zoom.

So you are saying that the private security is in response to *your* threatening emails instead of the random ones from 2020?

Last one but explain to me that with all the police reports that they file like above. ( I wonder why there wasnтАЩt one and nothing happened when they accused in October 2022 of someone showing up at their house. just trying to help you out pointing out wrongs because was raised to do whatтАЩs right. Always. Because you were also sent court documents from the district lawyer who wanted that parent arrested for bringing up Cinderella and Christopher Columbus and children changing sexes. So IтАЩm sure if someone showed up at their house they would do something about that since Cinderella so important. But these topics seem to be too sensitive to bring up here concerns about children. signing off.

Which of those emails did you send?

How would YOU feel getting an email that says тАЬsomething wicked is coming for youтАЭ?

threat definition: a statement of an intention to inflict pain, injury, damage, or other hostile action on someone in retribution for something done or not done.

I donтАЩt know that IтАЩve seen any threat to date. Saying something тАЬwicked is coming for you nextтАЬ arguably is not considered a threat as it was in context to a superintendent saying sexual orientation and skin color affect who gets to go to school first after remote learning. which many would debate was/is unconstitutional. https://www.wsj.com/articles/can-school-be-antiracist-a-new-superintendent-in-evanston-ill-has-a-plan-11601982001

What was the subject line of that email posted with the тАШwickedтАЩ threat ? тАЬAsian discrimination at district 65.тАЭ Foiagras posted a recent Supreme Court article from a case brought by Asian Americans against Harvard for discrimination that cited lots about district 65. It could today be argued/debated that that parent was perhaps correct, and that Asian Americans (and maybe other demographics) are and were being discriminated against. And that district65 is/was wrong. Evanston now posted the email reports previously canтАЩt find the link

Who are you, anonymous, to judge what is and is not a threat? You're not even willing to use your real name to comment!

You absolutely wrong that тАЬwicked is coming for you nextтАЬ is not a threat. Ask people around you how they would feel if they received that email.

This has nothing to do with affirmative action, so stop talking about it. I've banned you many times from this blog for making everything about some national political issue. I will do it again. Please stop. You are the reason I've had to close comment sections after a few days.

So these are Government officials (some getting paid lots of money) and not private citizens. Without you posting the supreme court d65 affirmative action documents we would have likely never seen it. Those documents mention racial based affinity groups many times which were promoted in the PTA blasts and an evanston new council member is openly apart of today (Next Steps).

Asian americans not getting into harvard in favor of whites, and blacks being let into school first as it relates to the pandemic of racism (according to d65) are at least someone casually related, as they are both about discrimination and one uses evanston schools as example to make the case at a federal level.

similarly like with equity- but indirectly related -are repatriations which are now being paid out and currently going viral as a model for the whole country -in every publication you see they say it started locally in Evanston and is now national model. Couldn't equity be argued to be the same as the board instituted equity at d65 I believe around 2014? How many other school districts in the country were doing this at that time?

I don't understand how evanston can lead and when its all good its all we hear is about the innovation for decades. Well now Evanston maybe contributed to the decline, well lets just deflect once it goes bad and we can't talk about it and if you disagree with anything well you just get arrested cancelled banned or whatever. I'm sorry you feel threatened by people who are against equity (and truly for all people), and that being sent recent court decisions showing different programs in the name of equity prove discrimination is/was happening, and pointing it evanston schools districts link makes some not welcome. Signing off
