I don’t think a referendum would pass when you’ve had this much enrollment decline. We wore pins in support, attended town halls, had yard signs last time around. If this group of people is still running the show there is a 0% chance we would vote in favor of giving them any additional funding to waste. Yeah, maybe the outcome will be more like 2012 referendum. We really only have a sample of N=2
