But according to many Evanston ladies he is a nice guy, perfect fit for D65, needed to be protected, etc….where are they now?

This is not going to be favorable for his Northern District pretrial release.I don’t know his conditions but one condition is always no new arrests. This is a bad one, a violent one. No judge likes strangulation.

Now more than ever it’s time for Sergio and Miya to resign. What if Horton had done that here? Thank you Tom. We are grateful for taking the time to keep us informed.

The next status hearing for Horton here is February 4th. Will he be escorted here in an orange prison jumpsuit and handcuffs?

Thank you Tom! Your articles are always welcome. "See you" in a couple of weeks. I'm sure there will be more going on...never a dull moment.

You’re a good guy, Barry. I, otoh, am not. I find his latest behavior is not necessarily unexpected. I feel sad for the child who was/is the recipient of his rage. I do not feel sad for Horton.
